The MA700 Series of reusable temperature probes is ideally suited for the critical sensing parameters in continuous monitoring of patient’s body temperature. Interchangeable to ±0.27°F (±0.15°C) when used with an external resistor network.

|Cleaning||Probes should first be cleaned of all bio-burden, foreign matter and or material with mild detergent and water in order to improve the effectiveness of any disinfection or sterilization.|
|Disinfection||A 70% isopropyl alcohol; a solution of sodium hypochlorite (bleach) diluted 1:10 minimum in water, Cidex. After disinfecting, rinse the probes thoroughly with sterile water.|
|Sterilization||Ethylene Oxide gas. Follow the recommended procedure issued by the manufacturer of your gas sterilizing chamber. Radiation sterilization is acceptable.|
|Termination||Right-angle molded three-pin stereo plug 0.25 in (6.35 mm) diameter|
|Storage and Handling||When not in use, store probes with cables loosely coiled in a clean and dry location at normal room temperature.|
